Sigma Chi Delta Chapter 2026 Pledge Class Initiation

Initiation of 2026 Pledge Class, 36 brothers, on October 18th. Brothers celebrated their new members’ initiation and a victory against Ole Miss, with AD Blanco, Penelope Road, and D.O.D. all at the house.

The Delta Chapter successfully initiated 36 new brothers on October 18th!

The brothers’ capped off October with an Oktoberfest themed date night!

Brothers’ celebrated Christmas with a Santa Claus date night!

On October 8th, James Fiveash organized a 32 team pickleball tournament for Sigma Chi.

Congratulations to brothers Jack Chandler and Jackson Bourgeois on winning!

On December 2nd, Sigma Chi’s intramural soccer team won their back-to-back championship in three straight championship appearances. Congratulations to brothers Tristan Deloach, Aidan Harter, Michael Crews, Liam Wiedner, Cooper Mullane, Ryan Mansfield, Adam Natal, Hutson Tolbert, Caden Klein, Quinn Gooding, Locke Howington, Landron Hoyal, and Max Byrd.

STUMO is a college Christian organization that targets Greek life at the University of Georgia and other college campuses, helping fraternity and sorority members learn to grow in their faith throughout college.

With the help of Tyler Christensen (PC 24'), Robert Crim (PC 24'), Michael Crews (PC 24'), Harrison Dixon (PC 24'), and Portman Allen (PC 24'), Hamm Howington (PC 24'), and Fuller Jones (PC 25'), Sigma Chi has hosted STUMO for several dinners and bible studies.

It has been a tremendous honor to host Joe Kimerle and STUMO, having the opportunity to build lifelong bonds and grow in your faith with others within the Athens community.

Brothers attended both the SEC Championship and the Allstate Sugar Bowl. Go Dawgs!

IFC Speaker Series, 2026 Executive Council, IFC Clerks

Brothers had the honor of attending the IFC Dallas Hunt speaker series on November 14th featuring Saxby Chambliss. Senator, Delta Sigma Chi (1962-66), and Significant Sig Saxby Chambliss offered great insight on the value of relationships, integrity, and service.
